How would I benefit by sending a resume if you are not operating yet?

We are accepting resumes that we review for available positions that will be filled once the funding is complete. Getting the right candidates for the positions available is an important process and one we feel is critical to the operation of the business. Therefore we are looking over each resume and talking with individuals who we feel have the qualifications and personalities that fit each position. Once the funding is completed and we are ready to fill the positions, those individuals selected will be brought on board to begin working with us.
